Fast treatment without disassembly takes 2–3 hours, so the car is ready the same day. Full treatment with body disassembly and laser rust removal takes 2–3 days depending on the condition and size of the vehicle.
Yes. NHOU materials are dielectric and do not damage wiring insulation, connectors, rubber or plastic parts. All sensitive areas (brake discs, exhaust, sensors) are masked before spraying, so the car works exactly as before.
Oil-based products (NHOU BLACK OIL, V3) should be inspected yearly and partially refreshed every 1–2 years. Wax and HEAVY DUTY coatings last 3–5 years. The first post-season inspection is free for our customers.
Yes — that is exactly what the full treatment is for. Rust is removed mechanically, then treated with a laser unit, followed by a rust converter and a protective coating. The product displaces moisture from the rust pores and stops further corrosion.
Oil products (BLACK OIL, V3) are creeping — they penetrate seams and hidden cavities and push out moisture, ideal for used cars with signs of rust. Wax products (BOSS WAX) form a harder, dry and clean film — better for new cars and visible surfaces. We often combine both: oil in cavities, wax underneath.
Yes. Depending on the chosen material and the car's condition, the guarantee is 1 to 5 years. It is recorded in the work acceptance document and we perform control inspections.
Yes, but for the first 5–7 days avoid pressure-washing the underbody so the coating fully cures. After that, normal washing does no harm — just keep the jet at least 30 cm away from the underbody.
A light material smell may remain for 3–5 days and then disappears. The car is dried and excess material removed after treatment, but during the first week we recommend not parking on light-coloured paving.
