Order cancellation

• An order can be cancelled free of charge until it has been handed over for delivery — write to info@nhou.ie or call +353 87 094 4236.
• If the order has already shipped, it is handled as a product return.
• Service bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed time.

Product returns

• Consumers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.
• Goods must be unused, in original packaging and complete.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for damaged or incorrectly shipped goods.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to a treatment service that has already been fully performed.

Exchanges

• Goods can be exchanged for another size or product within 14 days if unused.
• Arrange an exchange by writing to info@nhou.ie; any price difference is charged or refunded.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or the withdrawal notice.
• The refund goes back to the same card or account used for the payment.
• Where the customer paid for delivery, the product price and standard delivery charge are refunded.
